Luraline Goes "Green!"
Luraline Lighting is proud to announce our membership in the US Green Building Council (USGBC), an organization dedicated to expanding green building practices and education, including the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System for architectural projects.
Luraline's new alliance with the USGBC is a natural progression of our 40-year history of developing and manufacturing energy-efficient lighting fixtures, which represents an important contribution toward the USGBC mission of "green design" and sustainable building.
We at Luraline view our longtime commitment toward eco-efficiency as an integral part of providing the highest quality and value to our customers. Continuing technical advances have resulted in lamping options that provide higher-performance and greater longevity than older methods.
Newer designs and light sources quickly recover their initial costs with significant energy savings that provide an excellent return on investment for both new builds and retrofits of exisiting buildings. Longer-life lamps also minimize replacement costs and labor and operating expenses, providing even further savings.
As Luraline continues to evolve along with the lighting industry, we will keep pace with emerging technologies and materials in order to support our environmental initiatives and to maximize the bottom-line costs savings for our customers.
