How to Enter:
Entrants must be registered online and entries (including Designer's Statement and all drawings uploaded at www.luraline.com/itsyourlight.asp, by midnight on Friday, May 1, 2009. Each entry will receive a confirmation with an assigned entry identification number.


What's Required:
The mailed portion of the entry (your "presentation") must be received at Luraline by Friday, May 8, 2009. Each presentation must include:

1. 100-word Designer's Statement on the concept and inspiration for the design, as well as intended applications and uses.

2. Original concept drawing(s), either hand-drawn or digitally produced, no larger than 11" x 17."

3. Technical/engineering drawings utilizing CAD or other comparable software, indicating front, side, top, bottom and isometric views and all pertinent dimensions, no larger than 11" x 17."

4. Info box on all drawings must include the statement, "I affirm that this is my original design and agree to abide by all competition rules," followed by entrant's name(s), phone number(s), email address(es), signature(s) and date.

5. List of specifications for colors, materials and light sources. Optional materials and color samples may also be included for special consideration.

6. Physical prototypes are optional and also may be submitted for special consideration.
